The Contracting Authority Sets An Additional Date For Local Vision As Of 17.01.2025 At 08.30. During The Local Vision, The Employer Will Not Answer The Questions Of Contractors. Contractors Are Asked To Formulate Any Questions And To Transfer Them To The Employer In The Manner Indicated In This Specification. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Obligation For The Contractors To Check Additional Documents Available On Site At The Employer. All Documents In Which The Employer Is Owned Were Made Available To Contractors On The Website Of The Proceedings. The Contracting Authority Has Extended The Minimum Deadline For Submitting Offers. Note: Based On Art. 18 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Specifies The Requirements For Maintaining The Confidential Nature Of Information Provided To Contractors In The Course Of The Proceedings, I.E. In Relation To The Documentation Regarding The Security System. These Documents Are Confidential (Hereinafter Confidential Documents) And Pursuant To Art. 133 Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Not Sharing Them On The Website. The Employer Imposes On Contractors To Protect The Confidential Nature Of The Information Contained In Confidential Documents. By Implementing The Statutory Requirement, The Employer Indicates That Confidential Documents Will Be Made Available To Contractors Directly. For This Purpose, The Contractor Should Ask The Employer To Transfer Data To The Ftp Account (Login And Password) In Accordance With Annex 11 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract By Submitting Confidentiality. The Employer Allows The Sending Of A Scan Signed By Persons Authorized To Represent The Contractor. After Receiving The Letter, The Employer Will Transfer Data To The Ftp Server From Where You Should Download Confidential Documentation.
