1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Expansion Of The Office Building As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Expansion Of The Office Building At Ul. Porcelanowa 21 - Stage Ii ”As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comprehensively Perform Construction Works On The Basis Of Developed Project Documentation. Construction Works Include, Among Others Planned Expansion And Arrangements Of Their Reconstruction Projects With The Owners Networks Of The Building Parameters. Basic Data Describing The Extension Of The Building: • Usable Area: 244.67 M² • Building Volume: 707.93 M³ • Interview : 2.63M /3.0M • Expansion Area: 102.72 M² • Building Height: 9.98 M • Building Height Above The Area: 10.62 ÷ 10.65M • Building Length: 6.70 M • Building Width: 14.125 M • Number Of Above -Ground Floors: 2 • Number Of Underground Floors: 1Integral Part Of The Task Involving The Development Of The Object And The First In Order To Be Made, There Is An Assembly Of A Temporary Aluminum-Glass Wall With Doors In The Bok Room, For The Purposes Of Creating A Vestibule And The Transfer Or Execution Of A New Access Control System For External Doors In The Customer Service Office (Bod), Integrated With The Existing System. After Completing The Above Works, It Will Be Possible To Start Closing The Main Input (From The Stairs) And Start Earthworks And Foundation Works For The Target Expansion.
