A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Following Documentation: 1) Technical Design Sanitary Industry - Annex 1 To Swz; 2) Technical Design Architectural Industry - Annex 2 To Swz; 3) Technical Design Electrical Industry - Annex No. 3 To Swz; 4) Project Construction Sanitary Industry - Annex 4 To Swz; 5) General And Detailed Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex 5 To Swz; 6) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 6 To Swz; 7) Premier Of Works - Annex 7 To Swz. The Transfer Of Works Attached To Swz Is Only The Basis For The Contractor For The Reliable Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Attach The Bill Of Quantities To The Offer. The Contractor Will Receive A Flat -Rate Remuneration.
