Mechanical Engineering Installation Works - New Construction Sports Hall Elegast: Mechanical Installation Works. The Assignment Concerns The Realization Of A New -Build Sports Hall, Large Approximately 3700 M2 Gfa. The Structure Consists Of A Sports Hall, Changing Rooms Et Al. On The Ground Floor And A Gym On The First Floor. The Sports Hall Can Be Divided Into Three Gyms And The Gym In Two Gyms. The Realization Includes Delivery And Installation Of The Heating, Cooling, Ventilation And Control Technical Installations Incl. Closed Heat-Cold Storage In The Soil. See Also The Selection Guideline With Attachments. Description Of The Assignment: The Assignment Concerns The Realization Of A New -Build Sports Hall, Large Approximately 3700 M2 Gfa. The Structure Consists Of A Sports Hall, Changing Rooms Et Al. On The Ground Floor And A Gym On The First Floor. The Sports Hall Can Be Divided Into Three Gyms And The Gym In Two Gyms. The Realization Concerns The Architectural Works And The Plumbing Works. This Also Includes The Coordination Of The Secondary Contractors, The Mechanical Work, The Electrical Works, The Lift Installation, The Green Outdoor Walls, The Fixed Sports Installations And The Utility Connections. The Architectural Contractor Is The Main Contractor For The V&G Plan And The Blvc Plan. The Assignment Also Includes Communication With The Contact Person Of The Kkc Regarding The Safety And Activities Of The Kkc With Its 2000 Students And Teachers. Duration Of Contracting Agreement: The Start Of The New Building Is Planned After Being Ready Of:  The Temporary Facilities (Bicycle Parking/ Construction Road) Near The Elegast. The Temporary Facilities Are Provided For The School Holiday Period July/Aug 2025;  The Remediation Of The Land At The Construction Site;  Making The Construction Site Ready For Construction. The Aim Is To Start Construction On October 1, 2025. The Start Of The Work On Location Concerns The Installation Of The Deep Sources, After Which The Pile Driving Can Be Carried Out. The Construction Period From Start Pile Up To The Delivery Is Estimated At 16 Months. We Agree With The Final Construction Period In The Contracting Agreement, Partly In Consultation With The Secondary Contractors. See Also The Selection Guideline With Attachments.
