Tender For Epc Package Of Vsb Emergency Control Room; 1 Video conference room consisting of following:Establishment of Video conferencing room with 1.2 fine pitch Video wall of diagonal size 136” or above,12x Optical Camera, VC Codec with peripheral license, VC equipment interface switches with storage, Presentation terminals 3 Nos, False ceiling sound proofing, Smart illumination in the center with Touch panel, Blackout curtains – 4 nos. of as per layout, Sound absorbent carpet of GSM & back drop etc. 2 Video conference room consisting of following:Audio reinforcement systems in VC room with 15 nos. of digital microphones & AV integration with DSP, touch panel, look at me and mute feature etc. for 15 people sitting arrangement with interactive table (15 seater) and seating chair arrangements for 30 participants etc. 3 ENC room with conference room facility:AV system with professional display unit 55”, Video conf. system studio bar,work station and conference room table setup with 5 seater and Engineer in charge control desk with 3 seater table with chairsarrangement and Blackout curtains etc. 4 Discussion room/Resting room with conference facility:Small display unit with foldable desk and Rest room setup with two bunk beds convertible to sofas and Blackout curtains, 3 seater round table with chairs 5 24x 7 Control room:Control room setup with 55” Displays-3 Nos, 6 workstations, L shape Control desk with 4 Nos of chairs, 3 seater table with chairs, other communication gadgets, Blackout curtains, HDMI switchers & dividers, Compactors, Vertical locker for 6 Pax, etc. 6 Equipment room UPS, Servers(e-library), network switches:Storage server 24 TB with RAID facility with redundant and switching control system and Blackout curtains with partitioning for each equipment. 7 Passage areas:Smart illumination in passage areas with cove lighting, Wall paper with customized graphics, Flush mounting lighting in corridors etc. 8 Passage and Entrance:Display unit 65 “ Horizontal display 1 no. and 65” vertical display 1 no. with artifacts and seating for 6 members(3 x2) etc 9 Entrance with Smart look with artifacts etc. 10 Common facilities:Ambient Smart cooling system with 14 Nos split AC machines. 11 Common facilities:CCTV and networking. 12 Common facilities:Voice and Data cabling with required electrical points. 13 Common facilities:Installation and commissioningInstallation and commissioning and its associated Internal Civil & structural works, skirting, frame door paneling rooms for aesthetic look.
