Head Bolt, M16, JIS SUS304, (Drawing No. Dy-Dr-A12-176-AB) 16 Washers for M16, JIS SUS 304, (Drawing No. Dy-Dr-A12-176-AB) 17 Seal Washers (SM-16) for M16, JIS SUS 304, (Drawing No. Dy-Dr-A12-176-AB) 18 Underwater Inspection: 19 Checking of Flatness & Straightness of Sill Beam Surface, and acceptable ranges are within 0.5 mm/ 1 m & within ±1.5 mm respectively 20 Checking of Flatness & Straightness of Side and Top Seal Seat Surface, and acceptable ranges are within 0.5 mm/ 1 m & within ±1.5 mm respectively 21 Checking of Flatness & Straightness of Side Guide Rail Surface, and acceptable ranges are within 1.5 mm/ 1 m & within ±4.5 mm respectively. 22 Additional Work (if, required) 23 Tit-bit repair work of Sill Beam Surface 24 Construction of chamber for 100mm sluices valve 25 Tit-bit repair work of Side and Top Seal Seat Surface 26 Tit-bit repair work of Side Guide Rail Surface 27 Safe Operation of Stoplogs: 28 Re-conditioning of Stoplogs with replacement of bottom rubber seals of upper and lower gate leaf of Stoplogs 29 To & Fro Transportation of Stoplogs from PPSP Site to Lower Dam area 30 Assemble & proper adjustment of guide shoes with the Stoplogs, as per site condition 31 Following resources are to be mobilized for lowering and removing the Stoplogs at Lower Dam of PPSP:- 32 Divers having proper certificate, 2 (two) experts, with all protecting equipment & working equipment 33 Floating barge fitted with Crane (Floating Crane), 1 set, Crane capacity: min. 30 tons, Crane should be prepared for the lowering (30 m) and hoisting (30 m) of Stoplogs (weight 3 T) 34 A Crane to assemble the barge and loading-unloading of the Stoplogs onto the barge 35 Stoplog Setting Methods: During this job, maximum water level shall be EL308.5 m 36 For maintenance/repair work, the Main Gate/valves of bottom outlet & irrigation pipeline are first to be fully closed under water flow condition. – (AMC Scope) 37 Then, Stoplogs are to be set in their slot right downstream of the trash racks at the inlet of the outlet tunnel of the Lower Dam. The Stoplogs are thus set in the slot under a balanced water condition 38 Stoplogs are to be set in the slot by a mobile crane/floating crane. At this time, care should be taken to first set the bottom stoplog unit without bypass valve, then the other upper one equipped with bypass valve. The bypass valve is to be confirmed beforehand to be in the fully closed position 39 Each stoplog unit is hung up by a floating crane/mobile crane as above with the help of Lifting Beam whose hooks being fixed at its lifting lugs, and lowered to settle at its installed position properly 40 Both units are to be firmly tied to each other with shackles under the water by a diver(s) to ensure no water leakage in the downstream direct 41 Stoplog Removal Methods: During this job, maximum water level shall be EL308.5 m. After completing maintenance/repair work, the Stoplogs are to be removed from its installed position as per the methods described below: 42 Preparatory work: Before removing the Stoplogs, the Main Gate and Auxiliary Gate/valves of bottom outlet & irrigation pipelines are to be in the fully closed position. - AMC Scope 43 By-pass valve on the upper stoplog is to be opened by a diver to fill the Steel Conduit with water 44 Steel Conduit is confirmed to be filled up with water up to EL.288.500 at the minimum 45 A diver(s) are to remove the shackles that tie both stoplog units to each other, and detach the upper unit of the Stoplogs from the bottom one 46 Hooks of the Lifting Beam are to be fixed by a diver(s) at the lifting lugs of the upper unit. Then the upper unit is to be lifted up by means of a floating Crane/mobile crane 47 Likewise, the bottom unit is to be hooked by the Lifting Beam and lifted up by the floating Crane/mobile crane
