S.I. No. 697 including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundaiton trenches. S.I. No. 252 including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 3 Cement Concrete with 4cm. guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. S.I. No. 281 including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 4 M-150 brick workin 1:3 cement and coarse sandmortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. S.I. No. 307 including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 5 Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 Part cement and 2 Part of the fine sand of 1.25 finenes modulus on brick work including supply of all materials labour and completion of work. including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 6 Supply and fixing of 1000 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe. including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 7 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method, with rotavator at O.M.C. and compacting with smooth wheeld roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 8 Mild steel or TMT Bars(Fe-500D grade or higher) orHYSD Bars or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel. including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 9 Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in cc pavement (theckness as per design) cement coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture /Plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity & appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including hassion cloth for curring of concrete pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines &grade including supply of all material, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of Synthetic Polyester Triangular Fiber material etcl & concrete etc. including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 10 Supply and laying of 25 to 60 kg stone boulder in apron. including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST.
