The Offered Dolomite Breakthrough Must Comply With The Pn-En 13242 +A1: 2010.3 Standard. Estimated Quantity Of Ordering Dolomite Faction 0-31.5 Mm - 3000 Dolomite Flying Fraction 0-63 Mm - 1000 Dolomite Flash Fraction 4-31.5 Mm - 1000 Dolomite Tterane Faction 31.5-63.0 Mm - 3000 T.4. The Order Will Be Carried Out Successively, According To The Needs Of The Employer, And The Basis For Each Delivery Will Be Partial Orders Placed By The Employer By E-Mail, With A Return Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Order Placed. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Partial Orders - Regardless Of The Quantity Within Three Calendar Days From Receiving A Partial Order. Łagiewnicka 76, 41-608 Świętochłowice Or In Place Indicated By The Employer, At A Distance Of Not More Than 20 Km From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. 7 The Contracting Authority Will Accept Deliveries At The Mpuk Base In Świętochłowice Sp. Z O.O. Ul. Łagiewnicka 76 Round The Clock Or In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority, At A Distance Of Not More Than 20 Km From The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority Of The Contracting Authority, I.E. From 600 To 1400.8. In The Event Of Difficulties In The Performance Of The Order, Including Partial Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately (Not Later Than 1 Hour From Receipt Of The Partial Order) To Inform The Ordering Party About This Fact By E-Mail. The Contracting Authority May Randomly Direct The Transport Of Material To Weigh To Check The Amount Of Material On The Car With The Amount Given In The Wz Document.
