1. The Subject Of The Contract Covers:- Preparation Of Project Documentation In The Design And Build System;- Submitting An Application For A Building Permit To The Competent Architectural And Building Administration Body (If Required);- Obtaining The Required Formal And Legal Documents And Arrangements And Permits Necessary To Perform Construction Works, Including Arrangements And Checks With The Office Of Technical Inspection;- Performance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Developed Project Documentation.- The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Health And Safety Rules, Fire Protection And Bioz Instructions Developed Together With Documentation. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz - Functional And Utility Program. 3. All Indicated Product Names Should Be Understood As A Definition Of The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. Whenever The Documentation Of The Procedure Indicates Trademarks, Product Names, Patents, Origin, Norms, Sources Or Special Processes Characterizing Specific Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products, It Means That This Is Justified The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, And That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract With The Help Of Sufficiently Accurate Terms. In This Case, The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Pzp Act Allows The Possibility Of Applying Equivalent Solutions. By Equivalent Solutions, The Contracting Authority Understands Those That At Least Meet The Requirements Specified In The Documentation Of The Procedure, In Particular They Are Characterized By Technical Parameters, Qualitative, Operational And Functional Standards Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
