The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Maintenance Reviews And Repair Of Gastronomic And Slanting Equipment For The Food Service For The 22Nd Military Economic Department In Military Complexes In Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Lipowiec Commune Szczytno. Settlements, Scope Of Work And The Number Of Devices Covered By This Procedure 441 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Attached To Swz. The Right Option To Perform The Third Review Within The Time Limit Specified In § 2 Para. 1 Point 1.4 (In The Month Of November) In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Price Form. Possible Implementation Of The Option Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Basic Order. The Right Of Emergency Repairs - Performance Of Equipment Repairs In The Manner Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract To The Value Indicated In § 3 In Accordance With Each Approved Valuation Of The Commissioned Service. The Employer In The Price Form Has Determined The Basic Level Of The Order, Which Can Expand By Increasing The Number Of Services To The Maximum Amount Specified In The Abovementioned Form In The Column Quantity In The Option/Value In The Option. The Number Of Services Provided Was Specified In The Price Form (Annex 6 To Swz).
