Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. As Part Of The Construction Review: The Contractor In The Field Of Review Undertakes To Carry Out An Annual And 5-Year Construction Review In Buildings In The Management Of Tbs Zieleń Miejska Sp. Z O.O., Based On The Provisions Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of 16 August 1999 On The Technical Conditions Of The Use Of Residential Buildings, As Well As To Draw Up After Each Review Of Each Review Separately Annual Technical Review And 5-Year-Old Construction For Each Building On The Prints Constituting Annex D And E To The Contract (Printing Patterns- Attachments To The Contract), Containing All The Elements Indicated In The Above -Mentioned Legal Acts And The Contract. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Electrical Review: As Part Of The Review, The Contractor Undertakes To Check The Electrical And Lightning Protection System, In Terms Of Connections, Accessories, Security And Protection Products From Paralysis, Wire Insulation Resistance, And Ground Ground Grounding (E.G. Replacing Sockets, E.G. Minor Replacement Of Cables, Tightening Bolts In Two -Story Can), Not Requiring Renovation, Based On Art. 62 Para (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021 Item 2351, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of 16 August 1999 In In The Technical Conditions Of The Use Of Residential Buildings (Journal Of Laws Of 1999, No. 74, Item 836 As Amended). 1.4/ A Detailed List Of Buildings Being The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: - Annex C To The Contract - Performance Of An Annual Construction Review In Buildings In The Management Of Tbs Green Miejska Sp. Z O.O. - Consisting In The Testing Of Electrical, Lightning And External Lighting, Along With Removing Minor Irregularities That Usually Fall Into The Scope Of Maintenance (E.G. Socket Replacement, Minor Replacement Of Cables), Which Do Not Require Renovation.
