The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road Road No. 1351L Wola Burzecka - Harm From Km 0+000 To Km 6+300, In The Scope Of: - Making Documentation Of Road Reconstruction (Including Documentation Regarding Removal Collisions With Technical Infrastructure Devices And The Construction Of A Technological Channel When Necessary) And Obtaining Any Arrangements And Decisions To The Extent Necessary To Make Effective Notification Of Works In The Architectural And Building Administration Bodies; - Execution Of Tender Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Announce Public Procurement Procedures For Construction Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Development And Submission Of The Contracting Authority On Time 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Schedule Of Design Work Schedules Specifying The Terms Of Preparation Of Individual Parts Project Documentation, Administrative Decisions And Opinions, As Well As Arrangements Required By Law, Within A Specified Contract; 2) Developing A Land Development Concept. As Part Of The Concept, It Should Be: • Describe The Existing State, Make Altitude Measurements, Draw Up Existing Drawings Of Normal Exceeds; • Present A Preliminary Land Development Project And Surface Structure With Longitudinal Cross -Section And Transverse Cross -Sections (Maximum Spacing 25M), • Identify The Collisions; 3) Obtaining Current Maps For Design Purposes Necessary To Develop A Construction Project; 4) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Investor A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Water Law Decisions, If Required; 5) Obtaining Permission On Behalf Of The Investor For Felling Trees And Shrubs With Investment, Developing A Project Enabling Them To Cut In The Field; 6) Obtaining All Other Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Development Of Project Documentation; 7) Development Of Materials For Notification - A Construction Project Including All Attachments, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Successfully Report Works In The Architectural And Building Administration Bodies - Land Development Project - In The Amount Of 4 Copies, Architectural And Construction Design - In The Quantity 3 Copies And Technical (Executive) Design - In The Amount Of 3 Copies, Including Technology Channel Design And Projects Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure Devices Not Related To The Needs Of Road Management Or Traffic Needs, Colliding With The Investment, If They Occur.
