Coordination, Organization And Production Of “Ita Folia 2025”, Which Will Be Held From 01/03/2025 To 04/03/2025, At The 32 Waterfall; With The Following Obligations: Provide The Service In High Level Quality Standards, Providing Responsible For The Supervision Of All Structure Assembly And Disassembly Services; It Is Responsible For The Monitoring Of Arrival, Stay And Provision Of Services Of All Singers / Artists Hired By The Municipal Administration; To Be Responsible For The Management And Organization Of Stands Teams Of Security, Brigade Members And All The Professionals Involved In The “Ita Folia 2025”; Be Responsible For Hiring, Monitoring And Supervising Signs And Fire Fighting Services According To Fire Department Rules. Be Responsible For The Expenses (Of All Involved In The Event) Of Hosting, Food, Transportation, Locomotion, Dressing Room Supply, Coordination Of The Event. Perform The Services, Object Of The Contract, Under The Conditions Established And Respecting The Deadlines Set By The Requesting Secretariat; Provide The Correction Of Those Considered Inappropriate For The Perfect Execution Of The Object Before The Beginning Of The Event; Be Responsible For The Management Of Artistic Presentations According To Schedule And Project Of The Event Provided By The Municipal Secretariat Of Culture, Tourism And Historical Heritage. Artists / Bands Hired So Far: Dj Vanz, Juliano Viana And Banda, Band Block, Illusion Kit, Dj Maike Henry, Maximiller, Gasparzinho And Other Attractions; Held From September 5 To 7, 2025; With The Following Obligations: Provide The Service Within High Level Quality Standards, Providing Responsible For The Supervision Of All Structure Assembly And Disassembly Services; Signaling And Monitoring Of Services Related To The Fire Fighting Project According To The Fire Department Standards And Other Security Agencies; It Is Responsible For The Monitoring Of Arrival, Stay And Provision Of Services Of All Singers / Artists Hired By The Municipal Administration; To Be Responsible For The Management And Organization Of Tents, Stands, Ordinances, Security Teams, Brigade Members And All The Professionals Involved In The Entertainment Part Of The Xx Ita Arte; If You Are Responsible For The Expenses (All Involved In The Event) Of Lodging, Coordination Of The Event. Deliver The Products Object Of The Contract Within The Established Conditions And Respecting The Deadlines Set By The Requesting Secretariat; Provide The Exchange Of Products Considered Inappropriate For The Perfect Execution Of The Service, Tourism And Historical Heritage;
