Services Related To Oil Pollution - Removal Of Oil Pollution On Traffic Areas In The Warendorf District. Contamination On Traffic Areas In The Area Of Responsibility Of The Regional Branch (Rnl) Münsterland, Caused By Oil And Fuels Or Other Equipment, Must Be Eliminated Properly According To The Current Rules And In Compliance With The Relevant Laws And Regulations. The Waste Incurred Must Be Disposed Of Properly. This Tender Includes The District Of Warendorf With The Relevant Road Championships Sm Beckum, Sm Münster And Sm Lüdinghausen. The Maximum Duration Of This Framework Agreement, Including The Optional Extensions, Is Limited To Four Years, The Term Begins With The Date Of The Award. The Quantities Specified In The List Of Services Represent The Estimated Need For The Entire Contract Period, Including The Optional Runtime Extensions. The Estimated Quantities Are Not Concluded, Accordingly There Is No Entitlement To The Contractor That The Advertised Front Sentences Are Completely Executed. The Unit Prices For The Individual Positions Are Agreed For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Including The Optional Runtime Extensions.
