The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Delivery Of The Following Types Of Automotive Fuel: Automotive Gasoline A 95H With Biocomponent, Diesel Fuel With Biocomponent And Gas Propane Butane Brand B. Diesel Fuel - 58,000 Liters; Gas Propane Butane - 39,000 Liters. Extra Quantity, In The Case Of An Option Included For An Additional Period Of Up To 3 Months For: Gasoline A95h - 12,000 Liters; Diesel Fuel - 15,000 Liters; Gas Propane Butane - 10,000 Liters. The Main Motive For Anticipating An Option For Additional Deliveries Is In The Absence Of A New Contract With The Same Subject, Concluded Under The Ppa, The Contract Continues Its Action Until A New Contract Is Concluded, But Not More Than 3 Months. The Contracting Authority Does Not Commit To The Full Consumption Of The Indicated Amounts Of Fuels In Both Lots; The Estimated Quantity Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information For The Purposes Of This Public Procurement, Without Committing The Contracting Authority To Consume It. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare And, Respectively, Not To Pay The Fuel Within The Stated Volume. In This Case, It Owes The Penalties And Benefits To The Contractor. The Contractor Accepts That There Will Be No Claims In The Event That The Volume Of The Contract Is Not Fully Fulfilled.
