The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Build A New Heat Source With A Change In The Fuel Base To A Renewable Energy Source In Combination With A High -Effective Combined Electricity And Heat Production. The Aim Of The Public Contract Is To Reduce Co2 Emissions By Terminating Coal Burning, Improving Energy Efficiency, Reducing Operating Costs, And Increasing The Overall Efficiency Of Production Processes. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of The Boiler In Design & Build Mode (One Technological Unit), Respectively. Implementation Of The Project “Boiler B14”, With The Essence Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of A New Biomass Fluid Boiler, Which Uses Fuel Biomass As A Primary Fuel, And The Design Of Related Construction Work. It Is Therefore A Comprehensive Supply Of A Fluid Boiler, Which Also Includes Construction Work, Installation And Connection To A Sophisticated System Of Connections For All Necessary Media Such As Power And Cooling Water, Steam, Flue Gas, Ash Management, Sncr, Etc. Wiring And Control System. The Contracting Authority To Exclude Doubts And Prevent Any Questions Aimed At Explaining The Tender Documentation Explicitly Warns That This Public Contract Is Awarded In Design & Build Mode (Ie The Design), Respectively. The Contracting Authority Sets Out The Technical Conditions For Performing The Work By Determining The Parameters Expressing The Requirements For Performance Or Function.
