The Plot On Which The Reservoir Is Located Is Located Between The Roads: From The East By Municipal Road (Ul. Ogrodowa), From The North By Municipal Road (Ul. Stawowa), From The West A Plot Not Built, From The South Side Is Adjacent To The Buildings Of The Jakubów Town. Within The Plot, The Facilities Are Located: Rural Club Room, Playground, Outdoor Gym, Volleyball Court, Garden Gazebo, Paving Stones, Pedestrian Routes. 2) Location, Legal Status. The Investment Area Is Located In The Commune Of Przysucha In Jakubów On The Plot With The Registration Number: 515/2 (Id. Plots: 142306_5.0008.515/2. The Owner Of The Plot Is The Company For The Development Of The Land Community Of The Village Of Jakubów. The Scope Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) The Implementation Of Complete Project Documentation In Accordance With The Required Law, Including: The Construction Law, The Act On Nature Protection, The Water Law Act And Executive Acts To The Cited Acts. 2) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party , Including: The Final Decision Of The Building Permit Or The Effective Notification Of The Construction Or Execution Of Other Construction Works; The Final Decision Of The Water Permit, Or To Make An Effective Water Law Notification; Obtaining An Environmental Decision - If Required. 3) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Together With The Required Infrastructure In Accordance With The Developed And Approved Design Documentation And Obtaining Permunter Permission To Use The Object Or Report The Completion Of Construction Works On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority. 4) Preparation And Transfer Of Complete Documentation To The Contracting Authority Receivin
