Tenders Are Invited For Partial Repairs Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Jawora in Poland

Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Partial Repairs Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Jawora. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Partial Renovation Of The Surface Consisting Of Works Related To Removing Damage To Surfaces Threatening Traffic Safety, As Well As Treatments Covering Small Surfaces, Inhibiting The Process Of Increasing Damage. 3. The Task Is: 1) Partial Renovation With Grits And Asphalt Emulsion Carried Out By Road Renovation-Up To 50 Tons (Housing Estate Roads With Low Traffic), 2) Partial Renovation Of The Surface With Mineral-Asphalt Mass-Up To 210 Tons. 4. The Workplace Should Be Properly Prepared, I.E. Silly And Removed Part Of The Damaged Adjacent Surface And Cleaned The Place Before Building The Mineral-Asphalt Mass. Then Carefully Care For The Built -In Mass (I.E. Thicken, Fill The Gaps With The Seams). The Contractor Will Dispose Of The Designed Surface And All Other Waste At Its Own Expense. The Contracting Authority Will Provide A List Of Streets (Including Those Marked From Which The Task Should Be Started). Settlement With The Ordering Party Will Take Place By Presenting Invoices And W-Zztek By The Contractor And By Providing Photographic Documentation Of The Works Performed. 5. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Load For His Own Means Of Transport And Transport A Milling Machine Resulting From Milling Defects In The Amount Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Places Indicated By The Employer In The City Of Jawor. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Pay And Thicken The Transported Milling Cutter. An Additional Remuneration Will Not Be Entitled For The Above Contractor ... 6. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Service Specified In The Contract. In The Event Of Limiting The Service, I.E. The Contractor Performs Fewer Activities Related To The Performance Of Partial Repairs, The Offer Remuneration Will Be Reduced By The Value Of Unconnected Work. Limiting The Service Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Claim Compensation And Contractual Penalties; Similarly, Limiting The Service Does Not Constitute Grounds For Applying By The Contractor For Payment By The Employers Offer, Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Function Of The Work Manager By Persons With The Appropriate Permissions To Perform This Function. 8. The Purchaser Does Not Introduce Restrictions Regarding The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 9. If Anywhere In The Tender Documentation The Names Of Brands (Companies), Names Of Construction Products Or Technology Or Any Name Identifying The Manufacturer Were Used, This Should Be Treated As Information On The Expected Standard And Quality Level, And Not Strictly As A Definition Of A Product Necessary For Use.
