Form Of Conference: Stationary Conference With Additional Public Broadcast Online. 3. Place Of Conference: Chamber Hall Of The Świętokrzyska Philharmonic In Kielce (Ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 12, 25-369 Kielce). Place Reserved By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Selected For The Performance Of The Contract Will Be Obliged To Bear The Cost Of Renting The Area Of ​​The Świętokrzyskie Philharmonic In The Amount Of Pln 6,152.57 Gross, Which Includes: The Cost Of Renting A Conference Space, I.E. A Conference Room With Equipment (Chamber Room) And Rooms For A Continuous Coffee Service And Lunch In The Form Of A Hot Buffet, Access To A Wardrobe, Parking For Conference Participants For About 60 Cars, Providing Equipment And Technical Service, Providing Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities With Service). The Contractor, Calculating The Price Of The Offer, For Which He Offers The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Above Cost Of Renting The Space In The Price Of The Offer. 4. Number Of Conference Participants: 200 People In Stationary Form With Additional Public Online Transmission (Representatives Of Local Governments And Their Organizational Units, As Entities Responsible For The Organization And Provision Of Activation Services And Social Services At Local Level, As Well As Entities Organizing Family Support, Foster Care And Adoption , As Well As The Surroundings Of The Family Support System, Foster Care And Adoption) From The Świętokrzyskie Province. The Contracting Authority Does Not Plan To Reduce The Abovementioned Numbers Of People. 5. The Contractor Selected For The Performance Of The Contract Will Be Obliged To Bear The Costs Of Remuneration Of 3 Speakers, Indicated By The Employer In The Maximum Amount Of Pln 10,000.00 Gross (I.E. The Total Gross Cost With Derivatives Of Remuneration Components). The Cost Of This Contractor Must Include In The Price Of The Offer. Data On Speakers And Detailed Information On The Forms Of Involvement Of Speakers (Including Remuneration For Individual Speakers) Will Be Transferred To The Contractor Within 3 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 6.
