Tender for drain mesh CC and other repair work from ward number 01 to 08 - 1 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks 2 Sludge clearance of drains, channels and canals with lift 1.5 Mtr and lead up to 50 Mtr. 3 Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work uptoplinthlevel 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinthlevel :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 6 Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-15 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification 50mm thick. 7 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. 8 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 9 Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. 10 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundationand plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 11 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12mm cement plaster of mix1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand) 12 Providing at site, lowering & laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of RCC pipes NP3 class (with s/s ends) IS: 458 - 1988 (amended up to date) marked and pipes from 300 mm upto 2000 mm manufactured through vertical casting process all levels with Rubber gaskets (EPDM/SBR) for sewer lines as per IS: 5382 (including cost of Rubber gaskets lubricants) as per drawing, sectional hydro testing of the sewer pipe line (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) etc., complete as directed by Engineer. 300 mm internal diameter 13 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 14 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work 15 Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for "A" class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. Standard Size 1000x800mm (100mm thick) for span 451 to 700mm 16 Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for "A" class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. Standard Size 600x800mm (75mm thick) for span 300 to 450mm 17 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking ::Earth Lead 2 km. 18 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes,having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including allCPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as perdirection of Engineer in Charge.
