As per S.I. No. 591. 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay and sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation treches as per S.I. No. 251 3 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion 8:4:1 in foundation i/c supply of all material, labour & T&P required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 281 4 M-150 brick work in 1:3 (one cement and three part Coarse sand) i/c supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per S.I. No. 307+309. 5 12 mm Thick Plaster with cement and approved fine sand in proportion 1:4 over brick work including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 584 Ch. 13. 6 R.C.C. As per S.I. No. 470(i). 9 Supply and fixing 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrified tiles 600x600 mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and coarse sand mortar finished in its cement colour slurry, jointing and polished of approved quality complete including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. As per Ch. 14 New item No. 5. 10 Supply and fixing 6mm thick china glazed tiles of first quality inskirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the workas per Chapter No. 14 Item No. 628 11 Distempring 2 coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface to with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of British, "Shalimar asian paint after throughtly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other froeign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. No. 649+650. 12 Painting 1 coats over priming coat (excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint of standard make to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the surface all durt dust and other foreign metter sand papering and stopping including cost matter and scoured with wire. (Ch. 15 new item 1(a)+2+3(ii)) 13 Providing and fixing white vetreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seal and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangements. As per S.I. No. 17.3.1. 14 Providing and fixing white vitreous china wash basin including making all connectins but excluding the cost of fittings : flat back wash basin of size of 630x450 mm. As per S.I. no. 17.25.1. 15 Providing and fixing 600x450 mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete. No. 730 18 Supply & Fitting 80 mm thick Precast cement concerete I-Shape interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. cement, smooth high gloss finish, skid reditant. Manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. the compressive strength of concrere paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and weight 5kg per no confirming to IS:15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material, labour, T&P taxes etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by engineer-in-charge. as per Additional item road furnishing work no. 5(2). 19 Add GST 18%
