Tender For Widening And Stenthening Of Gailanath Bridge - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (For Approch road) 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503 5 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 6 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 7 PCC Grade M15 using batching plant & manual placing and open foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification 8 RCC Grade M25 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing and open foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification 9 Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sandmortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per Sor Item No. 5(6.8) 10 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications 11 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Excluding royality which shall be paid as applicable.S.I. 253(a) with machenical compection. 12 Supplying and laying of Hume pipe culvert 1200 mm dia 13 Brick on edge pavement on patries with brick laid dry joint filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope & its ramming, spreading a layer of 1cm (3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc.required for proper completion of work with M-150 bricks 14 1- Cost of Maintenance of Road for Five Years will be paid As per G.O. No. 17/2024/SA-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 date 16.01.20242- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2500 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. Departmental HMP with necessary Road Roller, Tipper and other T&P etc. will be issued free of cost for bituminous work as and where applicable.
