Tenders Are Invited For Minibuses - Public Acquisition Of Electric Minibuses Within The Project Electric Minibuses For Students From Vâlcea County, Code P_25 - (6 Pieces)
Minibuses - Public Acquisition Of Electric Minibuses Within The Project Electric Minibuses For Students From Vâlcea County, Code P_25 - (6 Pieces). All The Goods Purchased By The Project (6 Electric Minibuses 16+1 Places) Will Be Offered For Free Use To The Real Beneficiaries Of The Investment, Pre -University Educational Units In The Territorial Administrative Units: Câineni, Râcești, Dăești, Oteșani, Mădulari And Ghioroiu, Which Will Be Used Exclusively For The Transport Of Students From The Community (Table No.1 - Real Beneficiaries From The Specification). The Goods That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Must Meet All The Requested Specifications, Respectively: - The Technical Specifications And The Minimum Functional Requirements, Detailed In Point 3.3.1.1. From The Specifications; - The Technical Specifications And The Extended Functional Requirements, Detailed In Point 3.3.1.2 Of The Specifications; - The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Protection Of The Environment According To The Green Public Procurement Guide, Detailed In Point 3.3.1.3. From The Specifications. The Electric Minibuses Of 16+1 Seats Will Be Structured With A Single Section (Non-Articulated And Without Floor), In A Construction With The Floor/Floor, And Will Be Equipped With Facilities For The Access Of People With Low Mobility (Ramp And/Or Other Specific Facilities), Being Intended For School Transport, Respecting The Provisions Registered In Directive 2009/33/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 23 April 2009 On The Promotion Of Non -Polluting And Energy Efficient Vehicles And In Regulation No. 51 Of 2007 Of The Economic Commission For Europe Of The United Nations (Ec-On). The Deadline For Delivery And Commissioning For The Electric Minibus (16+1 Places) Is Set For A Period Of 10 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Delivery Order. The Condition Of Delivery Of The Electric Minibus Is Delivered Duty Place (Ddp), According To The Last Version Of Incoterms, Under The Quantitative And Qualitative Conditions Established By The Contract, In Which All The Expenses And Risks That Intervene During The Delivery And Until The Commissioning Are Assumed By The Supplier.
