The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Building Of The Secondary School Of Applied Arts And The Glass Karlovy Vary, Which Is Located At Us. 17Th November 710/12, On Land Parc. The Work Will Be Performed In Several Stages That Will End With The Approval Of The Relevant Stages. In The Stage I Will Mainly: Remove The Residential Part Of The Main Historical Building And Small Buildings On The Land Of The School, Ie The Existing Garage, Transformer Station Owned By Čez Distribuce A.S., Warehouse With Garage, And Extension To The School, Relocation Of Transformer Station To The New Building. The Main Historical Building Will Be Reconstructed And The Construction Of A New Building Will Be Built In Parallel. The Northern Wing Of The New Building Will Be Completed In Short Form Without The Last Three Fields. The School Will Be Moved During The School Holidays. In The Stage Ii, It Is Assumed In Particular: Removal Of The Relaxed School Building (Or At Least Adjacent Wing), Completion Of Three Fields Of Skeleton Towards The 17Th November Square. After The Building Approval Of The Stage Ii, Both Parts In The Place Of The Dividing Wall Will Be Connected To One Unit. Detailed Information On The Subject Of The Public Contract Contains The Project Documentation Prepared In Detail Of The Documentation For The Construction Of The Construction, An Inventory Of Works, Supplies And Services With A Bill Of Quantities And Other Annexes To This Tender Documentation.
