Recreational, Cultural And Sporting Services - Purchase Of Electronic Payment Solution For Ministries. The Acquisition Is Subject To The Acquisition Of Electronic Personnel Benefits And Related Services To The Use Of Ministries As A Total Service, Including Payment Solution, System And Management Service, Maintenance And Software Updates. Personnel Benefits Are The Benefits Of The Tax Administration Acquisition Of Natural And Personnel Benefits With Targeted Payment Instruments (Vh/481/00.01.00/2020). The Acquisition Applies To About 3,600 Officials For Sports, Culture And Massage Benefits At A Time. For Permanent Official Officials, The Benefit In 2025 Is Eur 140 Per Year, Excluding The Ministry Of Employment And The Economy, Where The Amount Of The Benefit Is Eur 100. In The Procurement Procedure, The Government Office And Other Ministries Have Formed A Procurement Ring, In Which The Office Of The Government Is Competing And For The Use Of The Service Described In This Invitation To Tender And In Its Appendices To All Ministries. The Procurement Will Be Implemented For The Following Ministries: • Ministry Of Foreign Affairs • Ministry Of Foreign Affairs • Ministry Of Education And Culture • Ministry Of Education • Ministry Of Defense • Ministry Of Finance And Forestry • Ministry Of Transport And Communications • Ministry Of Employment And The Ministry Of Social And Health • With The Supplier Of The Agreement On Behalf Of All Of The Above Ministries. The Office Of The Government Does Not Use The Service Itself At The Start Of The Agreement, But It Can Be Introduced Later. At The Beginning Of The Contract Period, The Payment Instrument Applies To Sports, Cultural And Massage Benefits. During The Contract Period, The Service May Also Be Extended To Other Personnel Benefits Provided By The Service Provider Selected By The Tendering Service Provider. The Contract With The Selected Supplier Shall First Be Valid Until 31.12.2027, After Which It Will Continue On A Calendar Year For An Indefinite Period, With The Notice Period Of Three (3) Months And The Supplier Terminating Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Calendar Year.
