Review Services Performance - Communication Campaign Assessment N ° 101194173 Freerangepoultryegg2, Dedicated To Farm Poultry And Label Red Eggs In 3 European Countries. In Accordance With Eu Regulations, The Promotion Program Must Be Assessed By An External Assessment Agency. This Will Measure The Efficiency And Synergy Of The Various Communication Actions Implemented Within The Framework Of This Campaign. It Will Be Based On Indicators That Will Check Whether The Objectives Are Achieved. The Evaluation Agency Will Have The Charge Of Conducting The Following Activities Of The Synalaf Program: - Lot Of Work 9: Evaluation - Duration: 36 Months - Objectives: Measure The Implementation Of Activities And Their Results According To The Performance Indicators Set Evaluating The Impacts Of The Program As A Whole According To The Evaluation Method Described In 2.5 Of The Details Specific To The Evaluation Will Be Provided At The End Of The Tender Procedure For The Selection Of The Evaluation Organization, Published Once The Program Has Been Accepted By The European Commission. Activities Devaluation In Year 1: The Assessment Framework And The Program Collection Plan Will Be Defined, The Measurement Tools Will Be Produced, The Indicators Will Be Defined And Fixed. Activities Devaluation In Year 1 And 3: The Studies Conducted Will Be: - Barometer T0 For The Launch Of The Program Which Will Serve As A Reference, Then The T3 Barometer Which Will Measure An Evolution On The Elements Observed (Notoriety Of The Red Label, Knowledge Of Its Attributes, Consumer Perception). Activities Devaluation In Year 2 And/Or 3: - Field Surveys Carried Out In Points Of Sale Where Entertainment With Consumers Take Place. - Professional Surveys/Interviews In Contact With Program Actions. - Post-Tests Advertising To Measure The Reception Of Advertising Messages Each Year Of Evaluation Reports Will Be Carried Out And Will Return The Analyzes Of Studies And Surveys, The Kpis. The Evaluation Agency May Issue Recommendations On The Development Of The Applicable Program For The Second And Third Year. Year 1 Achievements: Year 1 Evaluation Report (T0) + Key Program Performance Indicators Of The Program. Year 2 Achievements: Evaluation Report Of The Year 2 + Kpis Achievements In Year 3: Evaluation Report Of Year 3 (T3) + Kpis Year 3 And Full Program + Analysis Of The Campaign Impacts. Provisional Budget: Year 1: 29,000 Euros Ht Year 2: 29,000 Euros Ht Year 3: 41,200 Euros Ht The Agency Will Determine An Adequate Methodology To Assess The Correct Implementation And Efficiency Of Activities, As Well As Efficiency Campaign, Especially On Targeted Groups In The Program Strategy And Objectives. The Selected Assessment Agency Will Have To Take Into Account For Each Planned Action Of The Realization, Result And Impact Indicator. The Organization Will Collect The Necessary Data By Appropriate Means And Use It During The Campaign To Reach An Appropriate Level Of Information. The Synalaf Will Provide By Email To
