This Contract Will Be Purchased Electric Minibuses For The Transport Of Students From Timis County, 4 Pieces Will Be Purchased (Category M2/M3, Vehicle Accessible To Rolling Chairs With A Maximum Capacity Of 16 Seats, Of Which 1 Place For People With Disabilities , This Place Will Be Arranged/Adapted For Persons With Disabilities + 1 Place The Driver) ”. The Products Related To This Contract Will Be Delivered In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications And The Incident Legislation In Force. The Delivery Time And Commissioning Is Set For A Period Of 120 Days From The Date Stipulated In The Order To Start The Supply Of The Products Issued By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Will Be Clearly And Completely Respond To All The Clarification /Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For Submission Of Tenders, Provided That The Requests Will Be Addressed At Least 22 Days Before The Established Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Clarifications Submitted After This Term Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account.
