The Subject Of The Contract Includes: - Supply And Installation Of Four Linear Accelerators In Bunkers 1, 2, 3, 4 With Associated Equipment; - Supply And Installation Of The Ct Simulator With Associated Equipment; - Dismantling Existing Linear Accelerators In Bunker 1, 2 And Ct Simulator And Removal To The Appropriate Landfill; - Design (Pzi, Pid Documentation) For Bunkers 1, 2, 3, 4 And The Premises Of The Ct Simulator And Their Associated Premises; - Obtaining A Partial Usable Permit For Bunkers 3, 4 And Related Premises; - Delivery And Installation Of Furniture Equipment In Bunkers 1, 2, 3, 4, Ct Stimulators And Related Rooms; - Maintenance Of Equipment (Four Linear Accelerators And Ct Simulator) For A Period Of 10 Years From The Expiry Of The Warranty Period.
