Seminar Organization Services - Organization Of A Meeting Of Participants Of The Youth Advisory Panel Digital Future Of The Student. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Hall Rental Service To Conduct Workshops, Ensure A Catering Service And Hotel Rooms For Workshop Participants As Part Of A Meeting Of Participants Of The Youth Consulting Panel Digital Future Of The Student, Hereinafter Referred To As Workshops. 2. Location Of The Workshop: A) The Organizers Allow The Possibility Of Organizing Workshops In The City Or Commune Of Konstanina-Jeziorna, Warka, Serocka Or Sochacina. B) In Addition, At A Distance From The Building With Accommodation, There Should Be A Green Area, E.G. A Park Or A Forest At A Distance Of Not More Than 1 Km. C) The Distance Will Be Measured Using The Google Maps Portal, Using The Distance Measurement Method. D) The Hotel Must Meet The Hotel Criteria Min. 4*. 3. Number Of Workshop Participants - Max. 50 People, With The Proviso That The Final Number Of Workshop Participants Will Be Given The Contractor No Later Than 5 Business Days Before The Workshop Starts. At The Same Time, The Contracting Authority Guarantees Min. Number, I.E. 40 Participants. 4. The Deadline For Completing The Order-I.E. Workshop Organization: 3-4 June 2025. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out On Dates Arising From The Contract And Sopz. The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed Within 7 Days Of The End Of The Workshop. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Negotiations To Improve The Content Of Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice. 7. The Method Of Evaluation Of Offers: The Contracting Authority, When Choosing The Best Offer From Among The Offers Not Rejected, Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice, Will Be Guided By The Criterion Entitled Gross Offer Price And Its Meaning, And Will Evaluate Offers Under This Criterion. The Contracting Authority Will Award An Contractor, Whose Offer Will Get The Highest Number Of Points. 8. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of The Council Regulation (Eu) No 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Regarding Funds In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, Amended By The Regulation 2022/57, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation 833/2014, Prohibited From Providing Or Further Performing A Public Procurement With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities Whose Abilities Lies In The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu Referred To In Art. 5K Of This Regulation If There Are Over 10 % Of The Order Value. 9. The Order Is Provided For Co -Financing From European Union Funds Under The Digital Europe European Commission Program.
