The Aim Is The Fully Implemented Implementation Of A Transcestructive Patient Portal For Digital Recording And Treatment Management With Integrated Kis Connections For Both Inpatient And Outpatient Patients At The Cologne University Hospital, The Transcestries Of Communication And The Digital Information Exchange Between The Service Provider And Recipient To Enable Hospital Treatment During And After Hospital Treatment.
