The Contracting Authority May, If Necessary, Include In Its Requests Special Diets/Antitoqueric, Diet White, Milk Expanded, Very Low Protein, 4/9, 1/9, 5/4, Etc./ The Patients Menu Includes: Breakfast, Lunch-Main Course And Dinner-Core Dish. To Each Diet Should Be Provided With The Required Amount Of Bread - Up To 350 G Per Day - The Daily Delivery Of Food To Hemodialysis Patients The Food Includes Fresh Roasted Meat - Chicken Leg/ Chicken Steak, With Two Slices Of Bread Per Patient. - Delivery Of Food, If Necessary Cow Yogurt 3.6 %, Crystalline Sugar, Toast White Flour, Boiled Carrots, Herbal Rosehip Tea - Box. Deadline For Execution Of The Public Procurement: Within 24 (Twenty -Four) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement, Through Daily Delivery On Pre -Orders On Diets, Type And Quantity. In The Event That As Of The Date Of Expiration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has Not Held A New Contract With The Same Subject Matter, The Action Of This Contract Shall Be Maintained Under The Same Conditions (The Contractor Does Not Have To Extend The Performance Guarantee) Until A New Public Procurement And The Conclusion Of A New Contract, But Not More Than 6 Months. In View Of The Fact That The Activity Of The Contracting Authority Is Of Public Importance And Cannot Remain Without A Contractor, In The Case Of The Hypothesis Of Early Termination Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Conclude A Contract With Another Participant Admitted To The Ranking, And The Replacement Does Not Change The Other Conditions.
