The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development And Maintenance Of Is Eepi - The Digitization Of The System Of Monitoring Infectious Diseases. A Contract Is For A Maximum Of 60 Months, Of Which 24 Months For Development And The Rest Of 36 Months For The Maintenance Of The Information System (Assuming The Conclusion Of The Contract 1.5.2025, The Conclusion Of The Contract Is Planned 30.9 The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Renew The Contract Under The Same Conditions For A Period Of 60 Months After The Start Of Production). The Contract Is Co-Financed By The Eu, Under The Contract: Grant Agrement, Project 101182971-Nss-Si, Concluded Between The Client And The Eu, The European Health And Digital Executive Agency (Hadea) For The Project Digitalisation Of The National Communicable Diseases Surveillance System And Slovenia Nss-Si) , With The Project Co-Financed By The Eu In The Extent Of 80% Of The Funds Provided, The Remainder Of 20% Of The Funds Provided By The Contracting Authority From The National Budget.
