Tender For Hariparvat Zone Room No. 34 Tulsibagh Phase-1 To Tulsibagh Phase-2 Drain Construction Work By Rcc. - Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including stacking of dismantled as directed by E/IC with in a distance of 60 meters (200 Feet). 2 Providing of bandha for diversion of nala etc. all complete. 3 Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or Cement mortar and including stacking of material as directed by E/IC with in a distance of 60 meters (200 feet) but Mud Mortar. 4 Removal of sludge, kankar, brick bats, organic or inorganic material in faul position or in liquid mud including lead 30m and 3.00 meter lift with specials T&P labour etc. all complete. 5 Excavation in soil mixed with moorum/shingle, kankar requiring the use of special tools & plant such as pick axes sabbals etc.foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Cley or sand) including, lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M form the foundation trenches. Including royalty. 6 Cartage of silt, sludge kankar and other disposable organic material etc. all complete with labor T&P including cartage of 8 km. 7 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand :10 Stone Ballast 40 mm guages) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 8 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in R.C.C. Raft foundation and footing with 4 cm., Gauge approved stone ballast including all materials T&P. 9 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering shuttering finishing and excluding reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level. 10 Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and but excluding reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retarder for setting of concrete/improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Note- cement concrete considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately up to plinth level. 11 Providing of 8HP diesel pump for dewatering of nala with pump, driver etc. all complete. 12 Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level. (10 mm to 12mm tor (TMT Bars). 13 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 with Cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labor T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 14 12MM Thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not including 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.
