Tender For Rewinding Of 500Kva Transformer; Taking the 500KVA Tranformer from HOCL, transporting to our works for repair, unloading , disconnecting of HT & LT connection leads, Opening the cover & taking the core-coil out side the tank. Repair and rewinding of Tranformer by rewinding the burnt coil (only 1 no damaged coil- not whole limb) Including Ovening the core-coil, Replacing the gaskets, Re-tanking after work, cleaning the tank, cleaning the core-coil by washing with Oil, filling new oil & Oil filtering, Repainting, Supply & replacing the Silicagel breather and testing after repairs. Return the transformer after repairing. Damaged copper conductor shall be taken by vendor as buyback.(Detailed scope of wo rk enclosed)
