Compound, Munnar.; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2 All kinds of soil. 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 All kinds of soil 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 6 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 7 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 8 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 10 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 11 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 12 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 13 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : 14 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). 15 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 16 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 17 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 18 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 19 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 20 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :(inside wall of the roof top tank) 21 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) 22 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 23 Hot finished welded type tubes. 24 Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 25 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work 26 20 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes. 27 40 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes. 28 Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete : 29 20 mm nominal bore 30 Providing and placing on platform (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. 31 Providing & fixing CPVC ball valve of approved quality 32 25 mm 33 40 mm 34 Making temporary connection from IQ storage tank to delivery line in the TE tank (approx. 300mtr) including cost of pipe, necessary cutting & jointing etc. complete for repairing & curing period of the tank. 35 Providing precast readymade standard size RCC chamber with cover for water meter.
