Tenders are invited for Procurement of Special Vehicles (Lot 1) for Hohhot New Airport financed by New Development Bank Loan. Qualification Requirements for Bidder 3.1 Bidders must be manufacturers of the civil aviation specialized equipment (gas supply vehicles, air conditioning vehicles, ice-melters, wheelchair boarding vehicles, passenger stair vehicles, baggage conveyor vehicles, lifting platform vehicles, towing tractors, electric AC/DC power supply vehicles, electric water vehicles, electric sewage vehicles, and friction coefficient testing vehicles) or authorized agents(If the bidder does not possess the manufacturing capability for all or part of the mentioned civil aviation specialized equipment, that portion of the equipment will be considered as being bid by an agent, and the bidder must provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer of that portion of the equipment for this project.
