(iii) Working time for all the people employed by the contractor will be from 0900 hrs to 1700hrs in case of any emergency, they can be called at any time beyond specified time and will be given off at the descretion of Engr-in-Charge. 61 Contd...60(iv) The contractor shall be entirely responsible for the lapse, mishappening to any of the manpower deployed and/or to other equipment/machinary/material at the site of work during the execution. (a) Dewatering & removing all settled slit, scale & dust from inside from tanks using coconut brush manually and applying bleaching powder and allowed to rest 1 hour. (b) Cleaning & rinsing the tank using fresh water to wash out complete and allowed to dry for 30 mins.(c) Writing letters of 7 cm height using synthetic enamel paint (white colour) to mention date of cleaning incl rubbing out old letters written over the tank.(d) Re-fixing the tank with fitting as required in same position or raised/lower height after cleaning of water (as may necessary) complete all as specified and as directed. 72 Material and labour for disconnecting of existing PVC tank of capacity Exc 500 Ltr & n. exc 1000 Ltrs for cleaning including setting aside temporarily and refixing later in same position for water supply to enable water proofing treatement of roof slab beneath the tank in following laid down process all as specified and directed.
