Work In Shrinath Park Sec 2 R C Vyas Scheme - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils 2 CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU): Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 3 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 6 Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . 50mm thick. 7 Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings,strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc. 8 Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. brick(IS 13757- 1993 ) of class designation 75 in superstructureaboveplinth level upto floor five level in :Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 9 Providing & laying pre cast rubber moulded reflective dark/Lightshade using ordinary cement , cement tiles of approved color & designnot less then 20mmthick , jointed with need cement slury mix with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect as per specification , on 28mm thick bed of CM 1:4dark shade using ordinary cement. 10 S/ F of pre cast cement kerb stone / road liner as per drawing enclosed us M-15 concrete smooth finished block fixed at site with C.M. 1:3 Thickness of joint shall not be more than 5mm and 20mm thick bed of C.M. 1:6 complete in all respect with all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer incharge SIZE 400 * 450 * 150 MM 11 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including rackingofjointsetc. complete fine finish :20mm thick . 12 Providing batta (gola) 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 as per standard design. 13 Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide. 14 Supplying and stacking good earth at site of work. Note: 1) Loading, unloading and carriage to be paid extra as per actual lead 2) Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% foe payment 15 Spreading of manure , good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be separately ) 16 Laying of lawns including ploughing levelingbreaking of clods manuring and removal of stones etc. (cost of manure or extra good earth to be paid separately )maintenance of lawn foe 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds and fit for moving in the duration of planting if lawn die some where the contractor will replant it at his own cost Maxican(Carpet) grass tiles (2’X2’ size) for development of garden, including levelling of soil and spreading of manure 17 Supplying, erecting and fixing in position specified precast RCC bench made of RCC grade M-30 consisting of 2 Nos. “L” shaped baseupport of thickness 100 mm back height 1000mm, front height 450 mm, base width 420mm and 5 Nos. RCC planks of size of 1500x100 x 50 mm and 1 Nos RCC planks of 150x200x50mmincluding joining all parts with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts to be sealed after assembly with nice finish and appearance and level complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge. Every bench should have a manufacture‘s logo of appropriate size Engraved at suitable place.
