Treatment And Disposal Of Foul Liquids-Services Removal Of Processed Water Out Of Proprov. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Removal And Disposal Of Wastewater From The Wastewater Purification Device (Upov). The Estimated Quantities Of Service Are Maximum, And Significantly Depend On The Amount Of Incoming Waste And Meteorological Conditions At The Location (Eg Large Amounts Of Precipitation) And Other Factors That May Reduce The Amounts Of Wastewater Resulting In The Biljana Lower Cgo, So That The Overall The Amount Of Wastewater That Needs To Be Disposed Of Can Vary From The Above Maximum Amount. The Bidder Should Be Organizing And Technically Able To Intervene At The Call Of The Client. The Actual Quantities Will Be Determined By Weighing A Full And Empty Vehicle On A Wheel Scales In The Cgo Biljana Donje (In Kg And Tonnes), And Will Be Defined In Accordance With The Real Needs Of The Client. The Estimated Average Wastewater Density, Which Is The Subject Of Procurement Is 978 Kg/M3. The Bidder May Take A Wastewater Sample During The Procurement Procedure In Accordance With This Procurement Documentation. The Frame Annual Quantity Under The Contract, Which Is The Subject Of This Procurement, Is 23,400 M3. During The Contract, The Amount Of Wastewater That Needs To Be Downloaded And Disposed Of By The Selected Bidder (Executor) Per Day, Weekly And The Moon Does Not Have To Be Uniform. During This Agreement, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Order A Service In Each Week If There Is No Need For The Same. The Contracting Authority Will Not Be Less Than 15 M3 Per Day Per Day Or Greater Than 450 M3 Per Week (From 5 Working Days From Monday To Friday) On A Particular Written Request And Disposal Of Wastewater. The Executor Must Provide The Written Request Of The Contracting Authority The Required Number Of Vehicles, Equipment And Staff To Take Over And Disposal Wastewater That Is The Subject Of This Contract Of At Least 90 M3/Day.
