The Client Intends To Award General Contractors For The Renovation Of The Facades, The Windows And The Administrative Tract With The Associated Renewal Of Water And Sewage Networks, Supplement The Ventilation System, Conversion And Renewal Of Parts Of The Heat Distribution And The Sanitary Rooms In The Entire Building Of The Tonhalle Düsseldorf. The Tonhalle Is A Concert Hall And An Architectural Landmark Of The City Of Düsseldorf. It Was Opened In Its Current Form And Use In 1978 And Has Since Undergone Numerous Renovations And Modernizations To Preserve Its Functionality And Aesthetics. The Tonhalle Offers A Diverse Program, Which Ranges From Classic Concerts To Modern Music Events. The Renovation Work For The Facade In Particular Includes The Following Parts Of The Building: - West (Horizontal Brick Surface, Steps, Railings, Cover Stones); - West Facade (Brick Surfaces, Natural Stone Surfaces, Windows); - Facade Lower Administrative Level (Natural Stone Slabs, Windows And Grids).
