6.1. Part 1 - Care Social Services. 6.1.1. Care Social Services For Participants Of The Senior Policy Efs+ Project Under The European Funds Program For Lublin 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund+. The Participants Of The Project Are Residents Of The City Of Łuków Within The Meaning Of The Civil Code At The Age Of 65 And More, Which Require Support In Everyday Functioning, Including People With Disabilities And Older Age Diseases, Single People Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning, Excluded Communication, With Difficult Access To Medical Facilities, Struggling With Financial Problems And Lack Of Support From The Family/Children. 6.1.2. Care Services Include Help In Satisfying Everyday Life Needs, Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By The Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment - Art. 50 Para. 3 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004. On Social Assistance. 6.1.3. The Scope Of Care Services Adapted To The Individual Needs Of The Project Participant Provided In The Place Of Residence Includes In Particular: A) Making Basic Purchases And Delivering Them To The Mentee. B) Preparing Meals (Including Diet). C) Giving The Mentee To A Meal And If Necessary Feeding The Patient. D) Cleaning After A Meal Including Washing The Containers For Dinner. E) Help To The Mentee In Performing Hygiene Procedures Such As Combing, Help In Dealing With Physiological Needs (E.G. Bringing To The Toilet), Preparing A Bath, Washing, Help In Entering And Exit From The Bathtub, Cutting Nails, Dressing The Mentee. F) Making A Small Diary Of Personal, Bedding And Lightweight Clothing Belonging To The Mentee. G) Sending A Bed. H) Change Of Personal And Bedding Underwear. And) Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Apartment In The Basic Scope. J) Clearing And Receiving Clothing, Bed Linen To And From The Laundry (Regarding The Pupils Of The Mentee). L) Maintaining Contact With A Doctor, Environmental Nurse, Social Worker. M) Purchases Of Medicines And Other Medications According To Medical Recommendations. N) Accompanying The Mentee During Visits To The Doctor And Other Institutions As Needed. O) Help In Dealing With Official Matters, Regulating Media Payments And Services Rendered. P) Caring For The Physical And Mental Condition Of The Mentee By Providing Contacts With The Environment (Including Help In Leaving Home, Maintaining Family And Friendly Ties). Q) Help In Changing The Patients Position, Prevention Of Pressure Sores And Burns .R) Running A Notebook Of Expenses And Accounting For Those Spent From The Money Spent. T) In General Matters: Compliance With Working Hours, Maintaining The Right Attitude Towards People Who Are Provided With Care - Including Compliance With The Principles Of Personal Culture, Maintaining Professional Secrecy. U) Performing Other Activities Not Covered By The Above Scope Of The Commissioned By The Principal Necessary To Ensure Proper Care For The Participant In The Project, Located Within The Commonly Accepted Standar
