1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Pfu) For The Construction Of Educational Infrastructure In The Skrzyszów Commune. The Order Includes The Performance Of: 1) Architectural Concept Together With Land Development On A Copy Of The Map For Information Purposes (Floor Throws, Facade Views, Simplified Cross -Section, Technological Description) - Min. 2 Variants Of Visualization From Several Perspectives, 2) A Functional And Use Program Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program, 3) Listing Of Kitchen Technology Equipment And Other Elements Quantitative Equipment With Basic Parameters, 4) Visualization Of The Building With Land Development, 5) Estimated Costs Of Design Work And Construction Costs Of Individual Industries Broken Down Into Classes And Categories Of Works, 6) Inventory Of The Existing State, 7) Agreement, Consent Or Permission And Technical And Implementation Conditions Related To The Connection Of The Facility To Existing Water Supply, Sewage, Heat, Gas, Energy And Teletechnical Networks As Well As Public, Rail Or Water Roads, 8) Map For Design Purposes For The Area Covered By Designed Solutions, 9) Geotechnical Opinion. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 8 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Form Of Documentation Development: 1) Documentation Should Be Made In 2 Copies In The Traditional Version (Print) And In Electronic Version - 1 Copy In The *.Pdf Format And In The Editing Version (E.G. *.Dwg) On An Electronic Medium (I.E. A Pendrive Or Disk External Or Cd/Dvd) 4. Before Starting The Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Employer To Approve The Concept Of Solutions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Within The Time Limit In Chapter Vi Swz. When Approving The Concept, A Detailed Scope Of Documentation In The Area Covered By The Developed Concept Will Be Determined. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree On A Regular Basis With The Employer, The Proposed Technical, Technological And Material Solutions. 6. If It Turns Out To Be The Necessary Contractor, He Will Receive A Power Of Attorney From The Employer To Represent Before State Administration Bodies And Institutions Opinions On All Matters Related To The Implementation Of Documentation, With The Proviso That The Costs Of Obtaining Necessary Documents, Arrangements, Etc. Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 7. The Documentation Referred To In Para. 1 Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Public Contract In Order To Select A Contractor For Future Design Works And Construction Works In Accordance With The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E.
