4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Installation Materials. 4.2. The Order Was Divided Into Ten (10) Parts, Including: 4.2.1. Part 1 - Return Flap 4.2.2. Part 2 - Threaded Fittings4.2.3. Part 3 - Ball Valves4.2.4. Part 4 - Valves For Climbing 4.2.5. Part 5 - Fabric Compensator4.2.6. Part 6 - High -Temperature Seals4.2.7. Part 7 - Feedback Module4.2.8. Part 8 - Clamping Connector4.2.9. Part 9 - Needle Valve 4.2.10. Part 10 - Check Valves4.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Assortment And Price Specification, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Specification). 4.4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be New And Originally Packed. 4.5. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet In Terms Of Quality Of The Requirements Of Polish And Eu Quality Standards, Have The Required Certificates And Admission To Legal Trading In The European Union. 4.6. The Documents Referred To Above (If Concerned), The Contractor To Whom The Contract Will Be Awarded Will Be Obliged To Transfer To The Employer Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4.7. Quality Guarantee For The Offered Product Should Be In Line With The Manufacturers Warranty. 4.8. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered By The Contractor In A Package That Protects Against Damage And Pollution And Enabling Storage During The Warranty Durability Specified By The Contractor Or Manufacturer. 4.9. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Damage Caused To The Ordering Party Resulting From The Transfer Of The Subject Of The Contract Contrary To The Provisions Of Swz Either In Violation Of Diligence Or Compliance With Security Rules. 4.10. The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer. 4.11. The Contractor, Who Offers Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. 4.12. In The Event Of An Equivalent Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Attach To The Offer Data Enabling Its Comparison With Properties (Features, Parameters) Of The Product Listed In The Specification (Technical Specifications, Certificates, Quality Certificates Etc). 4.13. The Employer Will Consider The Offered Subject Of The Contract With Properties (Features, Parameters) To Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer In The Specification As An Equivalent Subject Of The Contract. 4.14. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out At The Prices Set Out In The Offer. 4.15.
