Tenders are invited for Feasibility Study and Preliminary Design Preparation (Firm) Approval Date: 09-Dec-2024 Estimated Commencement Date: 500,000 USD Engagement Period: 5 MONTH Objective and Purpose of the Assignment ADB requires the services of a qualified international consulting firm to develop: (i) Feasibility study identifying the appropriate number of electric buses and battery charging infrastructure to be procured under the proposed ADB loan, based on findings of the ongoing business case study6; (ii) Feasibility study includes identify which bus depot(s) and passenger transfer facility(ies) can be improved for climate resilience, environmentally sustainable design, gender and accessibility within the identified lending envelope and calculating the economic benefits; (iii) preparation of specifications for the BEBs based on the minimum requirements set forth by TransJakarta and charging infrastructure and (iv) preliminary design for the infrastructure components, including the implementation costs. Consultant selection and engagement will be carried out in accordance with ADBs Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2017, as amended from time to time), using the Simplified Consultants Qualifications Selection (SCQS) method with standard quality-cost ratio of 90:10 Tender Link : selfservice.adb.org
