The job includes conducting SBC test, design and proof check of reservoirs (if required),painting the name of the scheme and other details on the reservoir, providing alluminium portable ladder suitable to reach at height of 4.5 Mtr(start of RCC reservoir) and any other work related to structure as per the directions of Engineer-in- Charge, Technical Specification and Scope of Work . 72 The rate indicated below are excluding the cost of pipes, specials and valve required for inlet, outlet, washout, overflow piping arrangement, but inclusive of DI puddle collar for inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipe of appropriate sizes to be embedded in concrete. 73 Below mentioned rates are for raft foundations with soil bearing capacity (SBC) of 10 MT/sqm and applicable for SBC more than or equal to 10MT/sqm and less than 18MT/sqm. These rates shall be increased or decreased for variation in SBC as below: 74 i) Forfoundation onSBC 7 MT/sqmapplicable for SBC more than or equal to 7 MT/sqm and less than 10 MT/sqm, add 5%ii) Forfoundation on SBC more than 5 MT/sqm and up to 7 MT/sqm, add 7.5%.iii) For foundation on SBC more than 18MT/sqm rates decreased by 5 %iv) For foundation on SBC more than 10MT/sqm rates decreased by 5 %v) The rates are applicable for staging height of 18 M. These rates shall be increased or decreased for variation in the staging height as belowvi) For staging 20 Mtr add 5%vii) For staging 22 Mtr add 7%viii) For staging above 22 Mtr add 2% per mtr over rate of 22 mtr staging ( only in exceptional condition where hydraulics does not permit)ix) For staging less than 18 Mtr decrease 2% per Mtr. 75 Following rates are for seismic zone II. For zone III, these rates shall be increased by 4% and for zone IV, these rates shall be increased by 9%.
