The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: District Road No. 2390D At Km 6+242-8+255 In The Town Of Wyręda. July 1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320). The Operation Includes The Reconstruction Of The Section Of Poviat Road No. 2390D At Km 6+242-8+255 In The Town Of Wyręba. The Scope Of Works Carried Out Includes The Replacement Of Culverts Under The Road And Downhill, Profiling Drainage Ditches, Execution Of Conventions For Municipal Roads, Properties As Well As Agricultural Land. Alignment And Complement To The Roadside With Stone Material, Taking Into Account The Widening Of The Road To A Width Of 5.0M To Harmonize Its Width And Performing Bituminous Works. The Replacement Of Protective Barriers And The Implementation Of Row Watercourse, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The Existing Pavement And Curbs Protecting The Properties Against Rainwater From The Road Lane And Modernization Of Marking In This Pedestrian Crossing To Improve Safety, Were Taken Into Account. The Road Leads From The Border With The Zgorzelec Poviat To National Road No. 30. Directly At Poviat Road No. 2390D There Is A Recurrection And Sports Facility And A Rural Club And A Bus Stop. Before Receiving The Final Works, Complete Documents And Statements Required In Accordance With The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law Should Be Prepared And Collected (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended), Necessary For Obtaining A Landing Permit. The Contractor Should Obtain Permission To Use (If Required) On Behalf Of And For The Customer. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Geodetic And Obtaining An Use Permit (If It Is Required By Decisions). The Contractor In The Price Of The Offer Should Take Into Account: - Execution Of Approval And Bringing In The Area Of ​​A Replacement Traffic Organization For Planned Works, - Export And Development In Accordance With The Waste Waste Materials Act From Demolition, Not Suitable For Re -Building - Transport Of Materials From Demolition Suitable For Re -Building To Pzd Square Or A Indicated Place Of Storage.
