The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Construction Of A Toboggan Hill In The Form Of An Embankment2) Assembly Of Devices A) A Slide Mounted On The Hill - 1 Pc) Stairs Along With A Barrier Installed On The Slope - 1 Pc) Climbing Walls Mounted On The Hill 1 Pcs) Climbing Tower Consisting Of Min. 2 Inputs From The Reinforced Mesh, 2 Inputs From Stainless Steel Pipes, Wooden Ladder, Mesh Stretched Between The Shoulders Of The Structure, Fire Pipe - 1 Pcs) A Linarium Consisting Of Min. Avoidable Reinforced Lines, A Slope, Ladders Made Of Ropes, 4 Lines For Pull -Up - 1 Pc) Triple Swings With Seats Such As Basket, Board, Stork Socket - 1 Pc. - 1 Pc) Benches - 4 Pcs. J) Garbage Bins - 2 Pcs Report Of Construction Completion At The Poviat Building Supervision Inspectorate. 3. A Detailed Scope Of Works, According To Which The Works Should Be Carried Out, Includes Design Documentation, Stwior, And The Works Of Works, Constituting Attachments To This Swz.4. The Contractor Is Required To Indicate The Manufacturers Name In The Offer Form And The Product Code, If It Is For Individual Devices, As Well As Parameters Required By The Employer. 5. The Employer Introduces A Change In Relation To The Provisions Of Project Documentation And Allows The Devices And Small Architecture Objects Equivalent, With The Same Or Better Parameters, Fulfilling The Same Functions, Built Of The Same Components. It Is Allowed To Use Devices Of Any Manufacturers, Provided That The Requirements Set Out In This Documentation Are Met And The Difference In Devices Dimensions Of ± 15%, With The Proviso That The Proposed Devices Must Be Within The Indicated Safety Zones, And Devices Safety Zone Must Not Overlap. 6. Before Building Devices, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 Standard Or Equivalent To The Slides, Climbing Wall, Climbing Tower, Stairs, Linarium, Triple Swings, Hammock, Benches, As Well As Technical Cards Confirming That All Offered In Chapter Ii Para. 2 Point 2 Swz The Products Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Terms Of Dimensions, Materials And Components Of Devices. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop As -Built Documentation In 1 Copy In The Paper Version And In The Electronic Version On The Cd And Transfer It To The Employer. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Entire Period For Which The Contract Will Be Concluded In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 200,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The Final Acceptanc
