General Procurement Notice for Improvement of Civil Security Solutions Procurement of Works, Goods and Services under the Project Energy Efficient Renovation of the Krasyliv Primary Health Care Center The project foresees a comprehensive renovation of the Krasyliv Primary Health Care Center. The project will lead to a reduction in energy consumption and CO2 emissions, as well as budgetary savings. In addition, the project is of great social importance, as its implementation will improve the quality and conditions of medical services and healthcare and extend the life of the building. The city intends to use the grant funds provided under the Green Recovery Program for the works, goods and services listed below. It is expected that about EUR 2.1 million will be spent to finance the project. Procurement under contracts financed by grant funds through NEFCO as Fund Manager is subject to NEFCOs Procurement Policy and Procedures.
