Information Technology Services - Ensuring The Support Of Operation, Maintenance And Development Of The Information System “Information System Electronic Services Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And European Affairs Of The Slovak Republic”. The Contracting Authority Is Currently Operating The Is Es Mzvez. This Is An Information System That Provides Electronic Services For Applicants (Citizens, Residents And Entrepreneurs) And For The Contracting Authority Employees In The Areas Of Support Of Export Intentions Of Business Entities Of The Slovak Republic, Aid Citizens Of The Slovak Republic And Addressing Crisis Situations To Protect Their Health And Property Of Slovak Republics, Assistance And Support Of Consular Activities And Mediation Of Services Of Other Institutions Of Public Administration. It Also Includes A Web Portal Of The Contracting Authority And The Application Of The World. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Ensure A Smooth, Safe, Trouble -Free And Reliable Operation Of The Is Es Mzvez (Support And Maintenance Of Is Ec Mzvez), Provision Of Development Services, Extension Of Is Es Mzvez And Training Of Terminal Users And Administrators Of Is Ec Mzvez. Ensuring A Smooth, Safe, Trouble -Free And Reliable Operation Of The Is Es Mzvez Will Be Provided By A Successful Applicant For A Period Of 48 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract. The Services Of Development, Extension And Training Will Be Provided On The Basis Of The Contracting Authority Orders Made During The Effectiveness Of The Contract Within The Maximum Extent According To The Financial Limit, Which Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Offer Of A Successful Candidate As The Sum Of Prices For Items No. 2 To 12 Of The Subject Of The Contract (The Expected Range Is 4500 Man -Friendly Work Of The Experts Of A Successful Applicant). By March 31, 2026, The Contracting Authority Plans To Implement The Development And Extension Of The Is Es Mzvez In The Range Of Approximately 3000 To 4000 Man -Man From The European Union Funds.
