Refuse And Waste Related Services - Municipal Waste Transfer And Sorting Services In Zone 1 Of Maramureș County And Uat Cernești And Uat Coroieni. The Present Contract Will Be Delegated The Management Of The Following Component Activities Of The Sanitation Service Of The Localities From The Territorial Area Of ​​Zone 1 Of Maramures County And Uat Cernești And Uat Coroieni: A) Transfer Of Waste, Including The Household And Similar Residues And Other Waste Collected Separately Than Those Of Paper, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass - Estimated Quantity At 47,300 Tons/Year B) Sorting Of Paper, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass, Collected Separately, As Well As Bulky Waste And Textile Waste Collected, Including The Transport Of Residues Resulting From Sorting To Waste Deposits And/Or Energy Recovery Installations - Estimated Quantity At 4,267 Tonnes/Year The Activities Of The Sanitation Service That Are The Subject Of This Award Procedures Are In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 2 Para. (3) Of The Law On The Sanitation Service Of The Localities No. 101/2006 (Law No. 101/2006). The Categories Of Waste That Are The Subject Of The Service Contract Are: • Household Waste, Respectively Recyclable Waste Fractions (Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Metal, Glass), Bulky Waste, Hazardous Waste And Similar Waste, Textile Waste, Abandoned Waste And Residual Waste; • Street And Market Waste, Respectively The Fractions Of Recyclable Waste (Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Metal, Glass) And Waste • Waste From Construction From Homes, Generated By Their Redevelopment And Interior Rehabilitation Activities. The Contracting Authority Does Not Delegate The Operation Of The Installations, Equipment Or Other Specific And Components Of The Public Sanitation System In Maramures County. The Provider Will Provide The Services Related To The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Imposed By The Award Documentation. In The Specification Are Presented The Activities And Results Expected, Respectively The Minimum Requirements Necessary For The Fulfillment Of The Contract.
